Spin Advertising and Design Limited (hereon referred to as Spin) provides Marketing Consulting, Market Research, Strategy and Tactical Marketing Plans, Advertising Creative Services, Graphic Design for Print and Web, and Online Services.
Clients have full rights to the copyright of all of their produced and paid for materials. Spin owns the underlying working files, which are available to the client if required for our regular hourly rate for any retrieval time involved.
Spin's billing regime is minute by minute incerements with a minium billable value per invoice of $30.
An Express Rate of a 25% increment to Spin's basic hourly rate can be applied to emergency work that is brought to Spin by clients and requires production in three business days or less, and 50% increment to Spin's basic hourly rate for 'same day' emergencies.
All invoices are seven days unless prior arrangement has been organised.
